Yesmailer endeavours to respond to all customer service inquiries as soon as possible. However if we are experiencing a backlog of inquiries there may be some delay.
Free online email support is provided between: Monday to Friday. If you require email support on Saturday or Sunday there is a USD $50.00 service fee.
Yesmailer also provides assistance for implementing HTML web forms onto customer websites. This includes form design and uploading of code. Yesmailer also designs custom email templates for email campaign. Yesmailer can handle as much or as little of your email marketing campaign needs.
